PACEPRO
PacePro helps you to adapt your speed optimally to the terrain. Based on the distance, elevation profile and target pace, the function calculates a strategy with precise pace targets for each section.
RUNNING EFFICIENCY DATA
Garmin running efficiency data provides detailed metrics to analyze your running technique. These include cadence, stride length, ground contact time and vertical movement. This data helps you to improve your running performance and minimize the risk of injury.
MULTISPORT AUTOCHANGE
This function recognizes when the type of sport changes during multisport activities. Whether swimming, cycling or running - concentrate fully on the competition and leave it to the smartwatch to record the splits.
ENDURANCE VALUE
This value shows the development of your endurance and the ability to complete longer periods of exercise, taking into account all recorded sporting activities. ACUTE-CHRONIC LOAD RATIO
The acute-chronic load ratio compares your acute training load with the chronic training load. The acute training load is the average load of the last 10 days, the chronic load is the average of the last 35 days. From the resulting ratio, you can draw conclusions about your training, avoid overloading and optimally control your training load, for example in recovery weeks.
TRAINING READINESS
The training readiness combines your current training load with other health data such as recovery, sleep and stress and individually assesses your readiness for the next training session.
MORNING REPORT
The Morning Report shows you a summary of your sleep and HRV status as soon as you wake up and provides you with your daily training recommendation.
