The premium heart rate chest strap for performance-oriented athletes not only measures your heart rate, but also detects fluctuations in the time between two heartbeats. This allows conclusions to be drawn about stress, recovery, training readiness and general fitness. The Garmin HRM 600 also features acceleration sensors that record the movements of the upper body while running and thus provide precise running dynamics data.
Not wearing a smartwatch? Then record your activity on the heart rate chest strap and synchronize data such as heart rate, calories, speed and distance directly with the Garmin Connect app. The internal battery shines with a runtime of up to 8 weeks.
Garmin has also thought about hygiene. You can simply remove the transmitter module and clean the belt thoroughly in the washing machine.

The strap is available in two sizes. It also has a large adjustment range and can therefore be individually adjusted to any chest circumference. The material used is soft and feels very comfortable against the skin.

GARMIN CONNECT APP
The Garmin Connect app serves as a control center for all your recorded data and fitness data. It provides you with detailed insights into your activity and health metrics and supports you in planning and implementing training programs. You can set goals, track your progress and access comprehensive analyses. You can also interact with the Garmin community and take part in challenges to motivate you even more.
No matter which mobile operating system you use, the Garmin Connect app is available for both iOS and Android.
