Cycling is a benefit for the environment! As a biker, you don’t produce any CO2 and cut quite a dash while being mobile. This is a clear win-win situation for everybody! All the more important it is to us to engage in climate protection.

GoGreen

We shop all our packages within Germany with DHL GoGreen, which is a climate-neutral and sustainable method. DHL has promised to essentially reduce their CO2 emissions, f.ex. by improving their vehicles’ and buildings’ efficiency. Furthermore they are compensating for incurred emissions by supporting international certificated environmental projects, such as reforestation in Uganda and Panama or water conditioning in Cambodia.

Paper and climate saving

We have come to the conclusion that it's unneccessary for both us and you to put the printed bill our the return formula in your package. With this, we are contributing to the reduce of paper wasting. Your invoice will be send by e-mail and the return form you find on our service page about this topic. 

Packaging regulations

We are packaging your orders carefully and resource-efficient. You can recycle all packaging (boxes, wrapping, etc.) at your local waste management system. If our packages don’t have a symbol like the “Green Dot” or if there’s no waste disposal in your neighbourhood, we will take the packages back and reuse or recycle them. Battery regulations

Batteries don’t belong in the househould garbish at all, because they contain f.ex. cadmium, quicksilver or lead which can risk your health. If your order contains batteries, we add an information sheet about battery disposal. Please recycle your batteries according to this information. If that’s not possible, you can send us the batteries back complimentary. In this case, just drop an e-mail at [email protected]
