Garmin running efficiency data provides detailed metrics to analyze your running technique. These include cadence, stride length, ground contact time and vertical movement. This data helps you to improve your running performance and minimize the risk of injury.

The acute-chronic load ratio compares your acute training load with the chronic training load. The acute training load is the average load of the last 10 days, the chronic load is the average of the last 35 days.
