With the SRAM Apex 1 you can experience a new simplicity on your racing bike, gravel bike or trekking bike. And at an unbeatable low price. With just a lever you do not need to worry about the right gear combination. You can just concentrate on driving and intuitively switch through the 11 gears. In combination with the APEX 1 11-42 cassette, the 1-speed drive is in terms of translation bandwidth a 2-speed drive with 11-28 cassette in no way inferior. Thus, even the steepest angle with the Apex 1 group are no problem.
To be perfectly in the hand, the shift / brake levers offer a reach adjustment and optimized ergonomics for a better grip. The 11-speed shifter is equipped with SRAM's Double Tap shifting system. With this logic, you can switch with minimal effort and maximum comfort with just one lever. By lightly tapping, you switch to a larger gear, if the lever is pressed further into a lighter gear. Equipped with the SRAM EXACT ACTUATION technology, the APEX 1 shift / brake lever switches reliably and precisely. The 1: 1 ratio between shifter and rear derailleur ensures a very easy adjustment of the circuit.
