The EX 471 29 "is the high end enduro rims in the DT Swiss range, created for the rough and withstands even the toughest trails.With an inside width of 25 millimeters, it offers optimum grip for 2.5" wide Enduro tires. With a weight of 530 grams, she is also doing well in uphill. The rim is connected with the SBWT® welding process. During the welding, the rim is stabilized with a small block and then CNC machined to guarantee a seamless transition. Convinced by the robustness, DT Swiss releases the rim up to a system weight of 110 kilograms. Like all DT Swiss rims of the current program, the EX 471 29 "is also ideal for tubeless operation, requiring only a suitable tubeless band, tubeless valves and sealing milk.The rim is supplied with matching DT Squorx Pro Head® nipples and PHR washers The washers are mounted between nipple and rim to ensure an optimal fit of the nipples and thus to protect the delicate spoke ends.
