With the G 1800, DT SWISS offers extremely robust gravel wheels with aluminum rims at a low price. Thanks to their inner rim width of a proud 24 millimetres in combination with a tubeless-ready profile, they offer the tires sufficient stability and a good shape even at low air pressures. Another positive side effect of the wide rims is increased comfort thanks to the wider tires. Their robustness in off-road use is supported by the weight approval up to 130 kilograms from DT-Swiss.

DT Swiss 370 hubs
For even greater reliability, the 370 hubs have been upgraded to the DT-SWISS Ratchet System. The only difference between the Ratchet-LN ratchet freehub and the tried and tested Ratchet System is the different position of the sealing ring. Due to the more extensive power transmission via 18 teeth, the system can transmit significantly greater forces compared to a ratchet freehub and is less susceptible to wear.

DT Swiss Aero Comp Wide Straightpull spokes
Thanks to their special manufacturing process, the Aero Comp Wide spokes are extremely robust and durable and can absorb shocks very well. This makes them ideal for off-road use.

Pro Lock technology
In the Pro Lock process, a patented two-component adhesive is injected into the nipple thread and enables the construction of extremely durable wheels. As soon as the nipples are screwed in, the adhesive is activated and hardens completely at room temperature after approx. 6 - 7 hours. Multiple re-centering is still possible without any problems, although the adhesive strength decreases slightly with each re-centering.
