Light cassette for SRAM 11-speed circuits. In contrast to the XG-1050 cassettes, SRAM uses a steel and aluminum construction. The body consists of 10 individually punched sprockets made of durable chromoly steel and a sprocket made of light 7075 aluminum, which are held together using FULL PIN technology (123 stainless steel pins). The open design ensures optimal self-cleaning and a long service life. The only disadvantage is that the weight is slightly higher than that of the fully milled cassettes. The black coating (JET) not only fits optically chic into the overall picture of the GX and Force 1 groups, it also improves the switching performance and increases the corrosion resistance of the steel construction.
