THM CARBONES stem/handlebar unit Frontale Carbon Road | Integrated Cable Routing | 420 mm

THM's latest development is a handlebar-stem combination consisting of two very stiff and light components brought together for ultimate riding performance. The frontal road handlebar with integrated stem sets new standards in carbon processing. Thanks to its special design, it combines extremely low weight with high load-bearing capacity (110 kg rider weight), making it one of the lightest stem/handlebar units in the world. As the handlebars are finished to a very high standard, there is no need for unnecessary paint. It is merely polished to achieve an even more refined surface finish. This measure also saves a few grams. For a tidy cockpit, the brake lines of electronic shift/brake levers (not enough space for additional mechanical shift cables) can be routed through the handlebars and the stem. In addition to the cable outlet on the steerer clamp for use with D-shaped forks, there is a cable outlet on the underside of the stem for routing the cables through the headset.

Note: The handlebar width specified by the manufacturer refers to the lower handlebar width (center - center). In the upper handlebar area at the brake lever clamp, the handlebars are 16 millimeters narrower due to the 6 degree flare.
