SURLY Handlebar Corner Bar 25.4mm | 31.8mm

The SURLY Corner Bar is a multi-position drop handlebar.
Normally switching to a drop bar setup on a mountain bike would involve new brake levers and probably shifters at best. In the worst case scenario, this may require a completely new drive and brake setup, depending on what you want to use. Either way, it's not a cheap swap - especially if you're not sure whether you like the new position or not. Your MTB setup is simply screwed to the horns that protrude from the drops. These have a standard diameter of 22.2 mm. The brake levers point downwards at the end, similar to a drop bar, while the shift lever is then positioned to the inside of the handlebars where it can still be reached with the thumb.
