The Recovery Shake is a combination of simple and complex carbohydrates, high-quality proteins as well as vitamins and minerals for regeneration after intensive sporting activity. The carbohydrates with different glycaemic indices provide energy for training and serve to replenish your glycogen stores. The high protein content supports muscle building and maintenance.
