SELLE ITALIA saddle Novus EVO Boost Kit Carbon Superflow | 3D
Founded in 1994, the Novus family has gone through numerous evolutions until reaching the new Novus Boost Evo, a saddle that enriches the offer of the Selle Italia performance segment.
Combining high performance with a strong focus on comfort, the Novus Boost Evo is only available in a large L3 size as, along with its wavy shape, it helps to better support ischial bones. Its wide Superflow relief channel helps to better distribute the sitting pressure across the sit bones. This shape provides significantly more comfort, especially on long rides and in a flat, aerodynamic seating position.
Carbon DLS™ technology
This 3D printing process can now be used to produce any shape in very good quality. Selle Italia takes advantage of this technology to use materials that can be used flexibly and enable special design shapes. In addition, material is only used where it is really needed. On the one hand, this reduces the overall weight and, on the other hand, defined cushioning zones can be set up on the seat to ensure optimal comfort. The manufacturing process is also good for the environment, as 3D printing produces hardly any waste and the energy requirement is comparatively low.
SUPERFLOW
The central hole on the Superflow allows you to reduce pressure from the central area and benefit from greater comfort when pedaling.
BOOST shape
The Boost shape is characterized by the fact that the length of the saddle has been shortened slightly. The rear seat remained the same as the “normal” version and the saddle nose was made shorter.
