V-GUARD puncture protection insert
The insert is made from a specially developed high-tech polymer fiber, which is also used for bullet and stab-proof vests. It provides excellent protection against cuts and punctures and is extremely lightweight. Neither rolling resistance nor suppleness of the tire are affected by V-Guard. The 14 mm wide insert protects the entire tread and thus ensures extremely high puncture resistance. The 3-ply sidewall also provides reliable protection against cuts.

ADDIX Compound
ADDIX - the new compound also for the Performance Line tires, more grip, more speed, more mileage.
Schwalbe has achieved this through a new mixing process in which the components for the production of the rubber compound can be added more precisely.
