Q36.5 is an Italian brand for high-end cycling clothing, founded by Luigi Bergamo in the Dolomites. The name is made up of two elements: Q stands for the Latin quaerere (research), while 36.5 describes the ideal temperature of the human body.At the heart of the philosophy are intensive material research, innovative textiles and the goal of measurably improving the performance of cyclists through optimal thermoregulation. In addition, the products are mainly developed and sustainably produced in Italy.

The basis of the shoe design is its unique, handmade last. This has been adapted to the natural contours of the foot and guarantees perfect power transmission while minimizing signs of fatigue. The toe area is also very generously designed and is suitable for a wide range of foot widths.
The very permeable structure is noticeable at first glance. The UNIBODY knitted upper material with its seamless construction is very light and effectively eliminates pressure points. The combination of different woven fabrics and their strategic placement on the shoe promotes the passage of air without negatively affecting the guidance of the foot. In addition, the Power Wrap Support supports stability when pedalling thanks to a thermoplastic reinforcement on the upper shoe. This is an intelligent support system that surrounds the instep to ensure a firm fit for the foot.
The closure system is of course also state-of-the-art. Thanks to two BOA®-Li2 dials, the shoe is securely fastened and is very easy to put on and take off, even when wearing gloves. Furthermore, minor adjustments can also be made at any time while riding.
The carbon outsoles provide direct contact with the pedals. These immediately convert every kick into propulsion, but also have enough flexibility to follow the natural movements of the foot thanks to their zone-based design. In addition, a rebound effect protects the muscles and tendons from overloading.
