The Knog Scout Bike is an anti-theft device specifically designed to withstand the rigors of everyday bike use. This is ensured by the impact-resistant housing made of fiber-reinforced plastic and the IP66-certified water and weather resistance. The smart device has an internal battery that supplies the device with power for up to 2 months and can be recharged via a USB-C interface.

Alarm
The best security functions are those that are primarily aimed at preventing the loss of your bike. Motion sensors in the Scout Bike register any attempted theft. This triggers a loud alarm that is impossible to ignore. At the same time, your iPhone informs you of the motion alarm and allows you to take action to stop the theft, provided the perpetrator has not yet fled. The alarm can be armed quickly and easily via the Knog Mobile app.

Finder
Where is my bike? All devices set up via the Knog Mobile app automatically appear in Apple's Find My network. This means that stolen bikes can still be tracked down even if they are outside the Bluetooth range of your iPhone. The network uses the connectivity of millions of Apple devices worldwide. Every iPhone keeps an eye out for your stolen bike and transmits its location anonymously and securely to Apple as soon as your Scout Bike is detected nearby. Using Apple's Find My app, you can view and track the last known location of your stolen bike on a map at any time.

Secure mounting
The choice is yours: discreet under the bottle cage or conspicuous with a neon yellow silicone cover. Tamper-proof screws ensure that the device stays in place and can only be removed with a special tool included in the scope of delivery.

No fees
With the Scout Bike, you can say goodbye to ongoing subscription fees. Unlike GPS-based trackers, which often incur additional costs, the Scout Bike's compatibility with Apple's Find My network means there are no additional charges after purchase.

Protection of privacy
Privacy is important to ensure personal freedom and safety. The Knog Travel Bike therefore does not store any location data on the device. Thanks to the connection to Apple's Find My network, all location data is encrypted and transmitted anonymously. This means that neither Knog nor Apple know the location of your bike.
