The Hiplok D1000 series marks the beginning of a new era in mobile security. Thanks to the latest material technology, which has never before been used in bicycle or motorcycle locks, the DX1000 can withstand even long-lasting attacks with an angle grinder. The graphene-reinforced, hardened steel is so resistant that the cut-off wheels bite their teeth out. In addition, the square profile mercilessly repels attacks with bolt cutters.
The lock has also been tested in independent tests and its security has been confirmed several times, with Sold Secure from the UK awarding it the ultimate Diamond certification and the Dutch ART Foundation awarding it 4 out of 5 possible points.
The handling also presents the user with no problems. The locking cylinder operates very smoothly and the shackle engages precisely and noticeably. In addition, a rubber cover protects the frame from unnecessary scratches.
