3D Printing Adaptive Technology
Thanks to the innovative 3D printing technology, Fizik was able to significantly improve the properties of the saddle, which would have been impossible with conventional materials and techniques. The DLS (Digital Light Synthesis) manufacturing process, which uses UV light to cure a printed polymer/resin/plastic mixture, allows four different damping zones to be generated with pinpoint accuracy. This significantly increases comfort in exposed areas while reducing weight and optimizing freedom of movement. Riders who like to change their riding position also experience an unprecedented increase in performance. The open honeycomb structure also enables a very high level of breathability and thus avoids the risk of painful chafing, especially in summer.
Naturally, the saddle has been extensively tested by ambitious athletes and professionals in everyday use and races to ensure that only a fully developed product is launched on the market. In addition to all the technical finesse, emphasis was also placed on durability and robustness. In normal use, there is no difference to conventional saddles. All you have to do to clean it is run some water through it.
