Extremely light and stiff stem in a modern stealth design.
Typical for Extralite is, as always, the excellent workmanship and the extremely low weight. With immense effort, a piece of 7075 aluminum and the latest 3D CNC technology is used to manufacture a detailed stem that does not weigh a gram too much. Extralite has milled away unnecessary material in every difficult angle in order to achieve the sensational weight of 54g. The result is the lightest aluminum stem with very good stiffness values and an approved intended use up to enduro. The stem is suitable for all common 1 1/8 fork shafts and handlebars with a clamping dimension of 31.8 mm. A 4-way clamping of the handlebar and the very high accuracy of fit are particularly suitable for carbon handlebars and control tubes. They are clamped gently and safely. The black color of the screws is achieved by an extremely resistant PVD coating. The HyperStem Stealth cuts a perfect figure on mountain bikes (CC, marathon, all-mountain to enduro).
Since it is a lightweight product, the manufacturer's assembly instructions must be observed. The maximum torques must not be exceeded. If you do not have the right tool (high-quality T20 bit, calibrated torque wrench), please contact your local dealer for assembly.
