The F535 ONE suspension fork is in no way inferior to these standards. Its properties are specially adapted to its area of application and there are no compromises. It meets all the requirements placed on a trail and all-mountain fork: sensitive response, individual adjustability and direct steering behavior.
You will be impressed from the very first few meters. Thanks to the COILPAIR and PLUSHPORT technologies, even the smallest bumps are absorbed and if things get rough, the end progression prevents the fork from bottoming out. INCONTROL offers a three-stage platform, which is selected on the fork crown using a rotary knob. In addition, the low-speed compression can be adjusted to specific requirements without tools.
DT Swiss is known for its outstanding workmanship. The flawless paintwork withstands even heavy stone chips and makes the fork look like new even after many kilometers on the trail. It owes its bulky yet elegant appearance to the 35 mm thick dip tubes, which are largely responsible for the high torsional rigidity. Nevertheless, the weight is kept within limits thanks to the clever choice of materials and, in addition to the technical innovations, ensures relaxed faces not only downhill but also uphill.
PLUSHPORT
Plushport technology adds a new dimension to the damping - the suspension travel. At the beginning of the suspension travel, you have low compression damping in order to have the most sensitive response possible. As the spring travel increases, the damping also increases to offer you optimum support in the middle of the travel and the necessary progression at the end of the stroke.
INCONTROL
With Incontrol, DT Swiss provides a platform that can be adjusted in three stages. In Open mode, you have maximum sensitivity and traction. The slightly higher compression damping in Drive mode guarantees you efficient propulsion off-road and Lock lets you master the approach to your favorite trail in a new best time.
COILPAIR
A small steel spring in combination with the high-performance air spring. Thanks to the low breakaway force of the steel spring, the first 30 mm of travel are extremely sensitive. The rest is taken care of by the large-volume air spring, which contributes to the desired final progression thanks to its design.
LINEAIR
The large volume of the positive and negative air chambers is the key to the linear spring curve, which is also responsible for the counterpressure in the middle of the spring travel. An air bypass automatically balances the air suspension system of the F 535 ONE fork.
APT
The APT (Adaptable Progression Tune) system allows the progression of the spring curve to be adjusted by simply adding or removing one or more volume spacers in the air chamber of the suspension fork. This allows the rider to adapt the spring characteristic to their riding style and trails. The highlight: the response always remains sensitive regardless of the selected setup.
