CAMPAGNOLO Crank Power Meter 1x GRAVEL Record 13 X
In 1963, Campagnolo laid the foundation for one of the most iconic names in its brand history with the Record line. Since then, Record has stood for racing DNA, technical precision, and reliable performance. With the Record 13 platform, Campagnolo brings this tradition into the present and expands it to new areas of use. Designed for athletic riders with high expectations, the Record 13 combines electronic shifting logic, a wide range of gear ratios, and robust materials to create a modern groupset with an iconic design and precise function.
A technical masterpiece with an unmistakable design: The crankset of the Record 13 X groupset is a real head-turner. This is thanks to the successful combination of a matte aluminum aero chainring and carbon crankarms featuring special Record X branding. The deliberately visible carbon structure underscores the technical character of this Italian groupset. Six chainring sizes ranging from 38 to 48 teeth, combined with the 10-48 cassette, provide you with exactly the gear range you need for your personal gravel adventure.
For the crankset system, Campagnolo remains true to its Ultra-Torque technology: two steel half-shafts, firmly connected to the crankarms, mesh via Hirth splines and are securely fastened by a central oversized bolt. With a chainline of 47.5 mm and a Q-factor of 152 mm, the crankset is designed to fit the geometries of modern gravel bikes. The QCK-Tech bottom bracket ensures smooth operation with low-friction Campagnolo bearings and a dual-seal system that reliably protects against mud and dust. The wide range of QCK-Tech cups and bottom brackets ensures compatibility with common bottom bracket standards.
Power Meters
In modern training management, reliable power measurement is crucial, especially for ambitious cyclists who want to specifically improve their performance. A power meter mounted on the crank provides direct measurement of pedaling power, as it measures where the force is actually generated: at the interface between the rider and the drivetrain. Compared to measurement systems mounted on the hub or pedals, a crank-mounted power meter delivers a particularly accurate overall picture of actual power output.
The CPM system—Campagnolo Power Meter—is fully integrated into the Record X crankset and measures power on both crankarms. Eight strain gauges and an integrated gyroscope detect torque and angular velocity, using these to calculate power with an accuracy of ±2%. The power meter is mounted directly on the spindle to measure pure torque and reduce the effects of crank arm flex. This results in consistent, real-time power data that can be displayed on compatible bike computers or via the MyCampy app. The built-in battery is charged via the magnetic Quick-Snap charging system, and an LED indicator shows the current battery status at all times.
