BEAST COMPONENTS was founded in 2016 by students at the lightweight construction department in Dresden. In view of their origins, it was important from the outset to incorporate the latest scientific methods and state-of-the-art technology into the development of their products. The close cooperation with the Institute for Lightweight Construction at the TU Dresden also helps them to achieve this.
BEAST COMPONENTS products are characterized by their combination of lightweight construction, stability and exceptional appearance. But the company founder is also aware of his social responsibility. Instead of relying on mass production in Asia, all components are manufactured by hand under fair conditions and with high quality standards in Europe and meticulously tested in-house. Because the fiber structure of the components is not hidden behind a layer of paint, the high production quality and clean workmanship are obvious.

BEAST COMPONENTS Cockpit Bar combines exceptional comfort with aerodynamics and stability in an ergonomic design. Thanks to its innovative design with maximum compatibility and adaptability, the stem/handlebar unit clearly stands out from the crowd. With its extravagant design, the cockpit also sets new standards in terms of ergonomics. The uniquely shaped corner areas of the upper handlebars stand out. With their large contact surface, they are extremely comfortable in a relaxed, upright sitting position and distribute the contact pressure evenly across the palms of the hands. This puts much less strain on the nerve tracts and significantly reduces the risk of hand pain and numb fingers. The area around the hoods also has an enlarged contact surface and additionally flattened outer edges, which enable a relaxed side grip. The gentle curve of the drops creates a comfortable hand position, which promotes optimum power transmission. The one-piece construction of the handlebars creates the perfect balance of stiffness and comfort and guarantees ultimate stability and control in any riding situation. Whether on long distances or decisive sprints: The difference is noticeable. Visually, the cockpit impresses with its flawless carbon structure and the discreet Beast logo.

Does the cockpit fit my bike? The question is quite justified. One disadvantage of stem/handlebar units is their limited compatibility. To ensure that they can be used for a wide range of common bike models, Beast offers spacer kits for internal or external cable routing and combines these with individually manufactured headset covers from the 3D printer. Various stem lengths and handlebar widths are available to perfectly adapt the stem/handlebar unit to your needs. In addition, special spacers and reducing sleeves allow an angle adjustment of 5 degrees and a length adjustment of 2.5 millimetres to further refine the fitting accuracy.
