With this Blocklock headset, you protect your frame from unpleasant contact with the handlebars, add-on parts or the triple clamp. The cables are not overstressed either. The steering stop is still 135°, which is perfectly adequate for most steering commands and riding maneuvers, you just have to do without the barspin. This headset also allows you to route the shift and brake lines through the frame for a clean look. The abbreviation "ICR" stands for Integrated Cable Routing and allows the cables to be hidden in the frame.

As is typical for Acros, a high-quality double-sealed stainless steel angular contact ball bearing filled with optimized headset grease is also used in this headset lower section. The two sealing washers with double lip seal keep the grease securely inside the bearing and protect it from moisture and dirt ingress. This is a ZS version (Zero Stack - semi-integrated) with a press-fit dimension Ø of 55 mm. The bearing is completed with a special Blocklock fork cone. This guarantees a long service life despite minimal maintenance.
