DT SWISS front hub 240 EXP Classic 6-hole 15x110 mm BOOST thru axle

Lighter, stiffer, more precise and easier to maintain - these are the strengths of the newly listed DT Swiss 240 hubs, which have been further developed with Ratchet EXP technology. The super reliable freehub system ensures direct power transmission without losses. The stiffness of the hub body serves to distribute the load more evenly over the spokes. Drive and braking forces are transmitted even better from both spoke flanges to all spokes. One-sided load peaks are prevented, which protects the hub, spokes and rim.

DT Swiss hubs stand for simple construction and maximum reliability. Thanks to the use of elaborate seals and bearing sizes adapted to the loads, the hubs do not require adjustment of the bearing clearance. This means that the rider does not have to worry about the function of the hubs for years! Should a service be necessary after tens of thousands of kilometers, the hubs can be disassembled and serviced within a few minutes without special tools thanks to the DT Swiss plug-in system.
