TRP's two-piece rotors offer superior heat dissipation and excellent rigidity due to the aluminum core. These rotors give you full confidence in your brakes and also ensure low weight in sizes 180/203 mm. The two-piece rotor is now offered with TRP's new slotted rotor design in 2.3mm thickness.
Six slots create channels that allow water, mud and other debris trapped between the pad and rotor to escape during braking. If foreign objects get trapped between the brake pad and the braking power of the rotor is drastically reduced, these slots ensure good self-cleaning of the brake disc.
The discs are only intended for use with TRP DH-R and TRP E-MTB brakes.
