The carefully selected individual parts developed by Syntace itself are always state-of-the-art and are often considered to be the source of ideas. The front wheel has the same spoke angles on both sides, which leads to greater rigidity and improves steering precision. Syntace guarantees the uniform quality of wheel building with the help of the spoking and centering robot that they helped to develop. This achieves the same quality as with manual work.
Syntace W28i aluminum rim
The Bavarians' many years of experience can already be seen on the rim. The ends were not plugged, but welded. This optimizes concentricity and achieves greater stability. In addition, annoying cracking noises are suppressed even after years.
The V-shape profile, with its inclined and massively reinforced rim flanges, has a retaining groove for the best possible tire fit and reliably seals tubeless systems. In addition, the impact resistance has been increased by 25% compared to the multiple test winner Syntace W35.
Spokes
Syntace only uses the specially developed, computer-optimized Syntace Genius 1.7 spokes. Made of particularly tough and tensile Swedish steel, it is manufactured by Sapim exclusively for Syntace. The very careful production allows shorter and more stable sections in the most heavily loaded spoke ends, while at the same time reducing weight. For emergency repairs, your wheelset is also compatible with standard straightpull spokes from other manufacturers. The self-locking nipples guarantee high mileage with little service effort.
Hub Syntace MX SC
The heart of the Syntace wheelsets are the self-developed Syntace Straight MX hubs. These combine the finest turning and milling art, are simple in their optical appearance, but with superior inner values.
A 17 mm oversize axle ensures maximum rigidity with minimum weight. The hub body is equipped with precision deep groove ball bearings, which have a special grease filling for perfect corrosion protection and outstanding durability. An additional, double sealing washer in front of the ball bearing prevents the ingress of splash water. In addition, the axial bearing play can be easily adjusted with the help of the MicroAdjust caps.
The hub is equipped with Small Cap (SC) hub end caps. This makes it compatible with all common suspension forks. Riders of Rock Shox forks can convert them to the optionally available, larger torque caps
10 year (3 + 7) impeller guarantee
Syntace employees stand by the high quality of their products. In the event of damage due to material or manufacturing defects, the repair or a necessary replacement of the impeller or impeller part is carried out free of charge within the first 3 years of the guarantee, then up to the end of the 10th year for a flat-rate amount of 50% of the currently recommended, non-binding sales price.
