Syntace W25i aluminum rim
The Bavarians' many years of experience can already be seen on the rim. The ends were not plugged, but welded. This optimizes concentricity and achieves greater stability. In addition, annoying cracking noises are suppressed even after years.
The V-shape profile, with its inclined and massively reinforced rim flanges, has a retaining groove for the best possible tire fit and reliably seals tubeless systems. In addition, the impact resistance has been increased by 25% compared to the multiple test winner and the Syntace original W35 rim.
Spokes
Syntace only uses the specially developed, computer-optimized Syntace Genius 1.7 spokes. Made of particularly tough and tensile Swedish steel, it is manufactured by Sapim exclusively for Syntace. The very careful production allows shorter and more stable sections in the most heavily loaded spoke ends, while at the same time reducing weight. For emergency repairs, your wheelset is also compatible with standard straightpull spokes from other manufacturers. The self-locking nipples guarantee high mileage with little service effort.
Syntace SuperTorque Straight hub
The 4th generation of the Syntace MTB rear hub ensures even more stable and durable wheels. The SuperTorque hub got its name from its oversized hub flange with a diameter of up to 56 millimeters. Compared to smaller hub flanges, extremely high torques are also transmitted to the spokes, nipples and rims without excessive load peaks.
The extra voluminous hub body is equipped with stable 28 and 30 mm precision deep groove ball bearings, which have a special grease filling for perfect corrosion protection and outstanding durability. The 17 mm oversize axle ensures maximum rigidity. An additional, double sealing washer in front of the ball bearing prevents the ingress of splash water. The super-wide ball bearing support of the freewheel body ensures increased switching precision. In contrast to the previous version, the ball bearing distance has increased by 11.5 millimeters. The infinitely adjustable MicroAdjust adjustment cap enables quick and easy adjustment of the axial hub play.
The 4th generation of the Syntace toothed pulley freewheel has become significantly quieter and has a very fine toothing with 45 locking points. This results in a maximum idle travel of 8 ° when starting. The freewheel body can be dismantled without tools for easy maintenance.
10 year (3 + 7) impeller guarantee
Syntace employees stand by the high quality of their products. In the event of damage due to material or manufacturing defects, the repair or a necessary replacement of the impeller or impeller part is carried out free of charge within the first 3 years of the guarantee, then up to the end of the 10th year for a flat-rate amount of 50% of the currently recommended, non-binding sales price.
