Optimum mixture of various materials combined with resin results in excellent braking performance with low hand force on the brake lever. Good braking performance in dry and wet weather conditions. SwissStop brake pads always come with a locking pin and spring.

Run in the pads optimally:

1st step: On a downhill slope of medium steepness, let the front and rear brakes grind alternately for 20-30 seconds.
Repeat this process 2-3 times.

Step 2: On a steeper descent, let both brakes grind alternately for 10-15 seconds each and finish braking with an almost complete stop.
Repeat this process 2-3 times.

Pro tip: Run in the brake pads for the rear brake on the front wheel. Exactly as described above. Then fit the rear brake pads. Allow to grind briefly 2-3 times on a flat road. Caution: Before replacing the pads, make sure they have cooled down sufficiently: Risk of burns!
