SHIMANO brake caliper 2-piston BR-MT805 Flat Mount rear

The performance of the group-neutral BR-MT805 brake calliper will win you over. Visually adapted to the Deore XT 8200 groupset, it significantly enhances your bike with a flat mount for the rear brake.
Its power is not visible from the outside. Its filigree look blends in perfectly with any frame, yet the 2 pistons still have a good grip and bring you safely to a stop in any riding situation. The sealing system of the brake system has been completely revised and may only be filled with LV (low viscosity) mineral oil. The advantage of this is the higher performance of the brake across practically all temperature ranges, which means that you can also tackle longer downhill rides in a relaxed manner and pressure point fluctuations are a thing of the past. In addition, the response behavior of the individual components to each other is significantly accelerated.
The resin pads installed here guarantee you high braking performance at all times and, compared to the metal pads, ensure lower noise levels and less wear on the brake rotor.
Bleeding the BR-MT805 series is also very easy thanks to the one-way bleeding technology and can be done by anyone with a little manual skill.
