Since the Deore XT groupset revolutionized the mountain bike world in 1980, it has been synonymous with reliability, durability and functionality. Over the years, it has been continuously optimized and improved and is still regarded as a pioneer in the bicycle industry. Nevertheless, Shimano still managed to make a big leap forward with the Di2 M8200 version. Thanks to contemporary wireless control, perfect performance, 12-speed drivetrain and the usual outstanding build quality, there are no limits to your bike dreams and you will have a loyal companion for your adventures.

The new design catches the eye at first glance. The mineral oil reservoir, which is parallel to the handlebars, and the new cable outlet ensure a clean and tidy look. The small contact point near the grip suppresses any possible twisting and thus creates a much more direct and sensitive braking feel. However, you will be impressed above all by the inner values. The pivot point is closer to the handlebars, which is why the path of the brake lever follows the arc of the finger more effectively and creates significantly more comfortable ergonomics.Thanks to the updated servo wave technology, very little manual force is still required and the grip width can of course still be individually adjusted without tools using a rotary wheel.
The sealing system of the brake system has also been modified and may only be filled with LV (low viscosity) mineral oil. The advantage of this is the higher performance of the brake across practically all temperature ranges, which means that you can also tackle longer downhill rides in a relaxed manner and pressure point fluctuations are a thing of the past. In addition, the response behavior of the individual components to each other is significantly accelerated.
