Scott has created the Foil series for all those who put pure speed above everything else. It gives you the equipment you need to push the boundaries and take victory after victory, whether you're racing against the clock or directly against the competition.

The Foil RC Ultimate enters the 2024 model year with a discreet design and still boasts a number of features that make it the ultimate race weapon. There are the HMX SL carbon fibers, the aerodynamic shape and the massive fork.

The HMX SL carbon fibers are the main contributor to the low weight and yet high stiffness. These are approx. 8.5 % lighter than the normal HMX fibers. Manufactured exclusively for Scott, they undergo a longer production process and are also given greater strength. In addition, fibres impregnated with nano-resin are used in particularly stressed and critical areas. This ensures greater stiffness, undisturbed propulsion and better protection of your frame from serious damage in the event of a crash.

Aerodynamically, the Foil has always been in a league of its own. The streamlined shape starts with the fork and continues right through to the rear triangle. Nothing should be unnecessarily exposed to the wind and impair your propulsion. For example, the brakes are mounted close to the frame to prevent unnecessary turbulence. The same is achieved by the close position of the rear wheel on the seat tube. The elongated, solid-looking head tube allows the air to glide past undisturbed and the seat post clamp is integrated almost invisibly. Everything looks well thought out.

The clean look is achieved by the ICCR cable routing, in which all cables and lines run through the frame. Every conceivable constellation has been considered. You can install both mechanical and electronic groupsets. The cables are neatly routed through inserts in the frame, where they are well protected from dirt and rain.

The set already includes a Scott Foil fork, the Syncros Duncan SL Aero CFT seatpost and an integrated headset. Everything has been colour-matched to the frame and results in a uniform appearance that is guaranteed to make you envious.
