REVOLOOP inner tube 28" REVO.CC Ultra Gravel SV 60 mm
The REVO.CC Ultra Gravel brings a breath of fresh air to a 100-year-old sport. The tube for the gravel/crosser weighs just 30 grams (manufacturer's specification). This makes the REVO.CC ultra as light as the REVO.RACE ultra, both of which share a unique rolling behavior and very low rolling resistance. The material formulation specially developed for this inner tube enables an innovative material that combines very high mechanical strength and elasticity and thus enables the specific property profile of the bicycle tube. Revoloops inner tubes are made of thermoplastic polyurethane and are significantly more puncture-resistant than a conventional butyl tube. The low weight reduces the rotating mass on the bike and makes the crosser more agile. In addition, the TPU tubes hold the air many times longer than conventional butyl tubes. Constant re-inflation is therefore a thing of the past. The valve made of particularly impact- and break-resistant thermoplastic is ahead of its time. Minimum weight paired with maximum performance. A specially designed valve base prevents damage to the inner tube caused by sharp edges on the valve bore of the rim.
IMPORTANT: Please never fill your REVOLOOP inner tube with a pressure above 0.5 bar outside the casing. Otherwise there is a risk that the REVOLOOPs will overstretch locally or even burst. Both scenarios mean that the hose is subsequently unusable, as the overstretching of the hose does not deform again and the hose can therefore no longer be fitted. Therefore: REVOLOOP hoses should only be pressurized to over 0.5 bar when fully assembled.
Light and stable - REVOLOOP valves
The valves developed by REVOLOOP are made of a special, high-strength thermoplastic polyurethane. They combine the highest technical standards with minimum weight and sophisticated design. The internally welded valve base protects the inner tube from damage caused by sharp edges on the valve bore in the rim and the dreaded valve breakage.
Virtually seamless - REVOLOOP welding technology
REVOLOOP's patent-pending welding process makes it possible for the first time to weld thermoplastic tubes with large wall thicknesses in such a way that an almost flat seam can be produced. This technologically sophisticated process achieves perfect rolling comfort combined with maximum safety against snakebite and puncture failure.
Ecologically responsible - REVOLOOP material
Thermoplastic polyurethanes are recyclable plastics. As both the inner tube and the valve are made of TPU, REVOLOOP bicycle inner tubes can be completely recycled. Out of responsibility towards the environment.
Note: The manufacturer does not recommend using the inner tubes on bicycles with rim brakes.
