Whether hard or soft, wet or dry, the Scorpion XCM gives you the perfect grip. Its lugs have been designed in height and spacing together with the mechanical properties of the rubber compound to offer uncompromising performance. The additional bridges support the lugs and facilitate self-cleaning in wet conditions.
Smart Grip Compound
Unique to PIRELLI Scorpion mountain bike tires is a continuous layer of Smart Grip Compound. The advantage is that the high performance of the cleats is retained even after a longer period of use. This ensures uncompromising traction, both in dry and wet soil conditions.
120 TPI TLR casing
The Scorpion XC M tires are equipped with a flexible 120 TPI tubeless-ready carcass. It offers optimal stability and traction even with low tire pressure. In addition, the dense and flexible fabric ensures very good puncture protection.
ProWall construction
ProWall sidewall reinforcement technology provides increased puncture protection and improved support and stability at low air pressures. An additional layer of nylon webbing on the sidewalls provides additional protection and improves cornering stability.
