Intend Bike Components is known for its high-end suspension forks and shocks. With the Grace FR, Cornelius Kapfinger, the founder of Intend, now offers an elegant and at the same time very stable masterpiece of the art of milling for your cockpit. The one-piece construction of the stem increases the stiffness in the clamping area and at the same time minimizes the surface pressure on the handlebars. In addition, the rounded edges in the clamping area ensure that tension on the handlebar clamp is avoided. This makes the Grace FR very suitable for mounting carbon handlebars. The successful EFBE E-Gravity test proved that this stem, with an unprecedented weight of 84g, meets the high demands of modern enduro, freeride and downhill riding.

OS - Open Source
The Open Source series is the latest development stage of the Grace stem and is designed to enable easier handlebar mounting and greater compatibility with handlebars. The clamping of the stem has been moved backwards by 30°. On the one hand, this makes it easier to mount the handlebars and on the other hand, a wide variety of handlebar models can now be combined with this stem. Due to the new design, the clamping screws disappear from view, which underlines the clean appearance of the stem.

NOTE: Due to the 1-piece design, only handlebars with a maximum rise of 25 mm can be fitted. When fitting the handlebars, we recommend using the supplied wooden spatula to widen the stem clamp slightly (maximum 4 mm), which makes fitting the handlebars easier. Please note that handlebars with a larger outer diameter, such as the Renthal Fatbar and the Hope Handlebar, should not be fitted, even with a rise of less than 20 mm.
