GARMIN Index Sleep Monitor
The convenient way to analyze sleep: Garmin Index Sleep Monitor
Restful sleep is a valuable resource for athletes. It not only supports physical regeneration, but also promotes mental freshness and emotional stability. Those who sleep well start the day with more energy, can concentrate better and reach their full potential in training and competition. Especially during intensive training phases or before important competitions, it becomes clear that a good night's sleep is a real performance advantage.
The sleep monitor from Garmin helps you to analyze and optimize your sleep in a targeted manner. By recording the duration, quality and phases of your sleep, it provides valuable insights into your nightly regeneration. This means that training plans can be better tailored to your individual recovery and possible disruptive factors during sleep can be identified at an early stage. This means that sleep is not left to chance, but becomes a strategically used tool in performance management.
The lightweight, breathable wristband nestles gently and unobtrusively on your upper arm. It is available in two sizes to ensure maximum comfort and a perfect fit throughout the night. If the wristband needs to be cleaned, you can simply remove the measuring module. Afterwards, the band can be easily washed in the washing machine and is quickly ready for use again.
