Does the handlebar on your bike tend to wobble at high speeds or does the steering react nervously with additional pockets on the cockpit? Then this headset could be the ultimate solution.
The patented Cane Creek Visco suppresses these uncontrolled vibrations by using special shim stacks directly in the headset. The arrangement of the small micro-plates is variable and the effect can thus be individually adjusted.
Of course, the choice of materials and the processing quality are of the highest quality. When installed correctly, nothing cracks or wobbles and the painted surface looks like the first day after many years. In addition to the obligatory bearing seals, an additional rubber lip is attached to the upper cover cap to keep water and dirt out. Even there, the negative external influences have no chance of penetrating further.

Notes :
The headset is difficult to turn when not installed. This is due to the design and does not represent a defect.
Unlike conventional ZS headsets, the Visco is approx. 9 mm thick. Thanks to the shims below the bearings, it also looks like EC headsets with external bearing shells.
