WTB tire Byway 700 x 44c Road TCS

The WTB Byway tire gives you smooth traction and perfect rolling characteristics, no matter what surface you're riding on. The smooth centerline and diamond-shaped side tread in combination with the grippy side lugs make it possible in combination with the size. This tire offers low rolling resistance on paved roads and amazing grip and comfort off paved roads. Ride the tire on your bikepacking or gravel bike and explore new trails. With the Byway, WTB has created a tire with which you will experience riding fun in a new way.

TCS Tires
TCS tires use the advantages of a UST tire and combine them with the low weight of a non-UST tire. A lightweight carcass sealed with tire sealant keeps the rotating mass comfortably low and prevents punctures, while the UST-compliant bead ensures a secure fit on the rim.

TCS Light Casing
A supple, tubeless-compatible and lightweight casing that can be run tubeless with little effort using the WTB TCS Fluid tire sealant. Of course, it can also be used with a tube.

Dual DNA Rubber Compound
Dual DNA is the perfect blend of efficiency, traction and durability. The center line is a slightly harder rubber compound for fast rolling and high mileage, while a softer compound is used on the sides to ensure the necessary grip in corners.
