VITTORIA Syerra Down-Country tire 29" x 2.4 TLR black
The Syerra Down-Country from Vittoria is an aggressive XC tire with trail performance for everyday use. It rolls fast, while the tread offers sufficient grip on rocks, roots and under braking and cornering loads. Thanks to the generous lug layout, the tire cleans itself effectively from mud and soil.
4Compound formulation
Four strategically placed rubber compounds provide a balanced combination of speed, grip and durability.
60 TPI nylon tires
The nylon construction is resistant to abrasion and punctures while providing a balance of stability and compliance for good ground contact.
Bead Shield
A reinforced bead of Zylon protects the tire and makes it durable. Zylon is a high-performance polymer that is also used in protective vests, for example, and is particularly strong and light.
Puncture protection layer and sidewall reinforcement
An extra layer offers you additional puncture protection and an insert made of state-of-the-art rubber material offers protection against rim impacts and supports the sidewall.
Vittoria TLR
Tubeless Ready tires offer better rolling characteristics and more cornering traction at the same air pressure compared to normal tube/tire combinations. Thanks to tubeless technology, the risk of snake bites during punctures is reduced to zero. The additional use of tire sealant increases puncture protection in the event of punctures and small cuts. With the world championship-proven TNT bead, the tire seals tightly and stays securely on the rim.
Note: We strongly advise against the use of sealants containing ammonia. Ammonia has been proven to attack the carcass and can weaken it by up to 30% after just a few months, depending on the amount used.
