TUFO tubular tire Elite S3 25 28 | 700 x 25C

Despite its low weight, the Tufo Elite S3 tubular tire offers good puncture protection and impresses with its high mileage. It is based on Tufo's best-selling S3 Lite and has been improved even further. In addition to the optimized tread, it has a revised carcass with a higher thread density and has been slightly widened. The result is a more comfortable ride and excellent handling.

SPC Silica Comopound
This high-performance road racing rubber compound is used in almost all tubular racing tires. With the balanced mix of synthetic and natural rubbers with activated silica filler, the tire offers excellent grip in wet conditions and low rolling resistance.

Puncture Proof Ply
CRCA is a special composite material that uses high modulus long aramid fibers that are incorporated into the carcass during manufacturing. CRCA increases puncture resistance and puncture protection and also improves riding comfort.

Protective Rubber Ply
A protective belt that is worked under the tread, also shows tire wear and higher resistance to foreign bodies if they can penetrate through the tread.
