With a stylish look and a special feel, TEX-LOCK is setting new standards for textile-based security systems.
At 970 grams, the TEX-LOCK D-Lock is the lightest U-lock in its security class and a nightmare for any bicycle thief. The 17 mm thick triangular hardened steel shackle is secured on both sides inside the lock cylinder. This double security makes the U-lock much more resistant to attacks compared to a single-locked U-lock, where thieves only have to pick one side. The cylinder offers a high level of protection against tampering and has an automatic keyhole cover. Thanks to its rubberized surface, the shackle sits firmly in the hand and protects the frame when quickly securing it in hectic everyday life. The certified high security level certifies that the TEX-LOCK D-Lock offers the highest level of theft protection for your bike, even against serious attacks with special tools such as wrap grinders.
In combination with the TEX-LOCK Eyelet, the lock can be used for a wide range of applications. Choose between two lengths, 120 or 160 centimeters, depending on how much of your bike you want to lock. At the heart of the TEX-LOCK Eyelet is a robust steel core with eyelets, which is encased in three layers of high-tech fibers. Each of these layers fulfills a special function and gives the textile lock a high level of saw and cut protection.
