Syntace W25i aluminum rim
The many years of experience of the Bavarians can already be seen on the rim. The ends were not plugged, but welded. This optimizes concentricity and achieves greater stability. In addition, annoying cracking noises are suppressed even after years.
The V-shape profile, with its sloping and massively reinforced rim flanges, has a retaining groove for the best possible tire fit and reliably seals tubeless systems. It also increased the impact resistance to unexpected hits.

Syntace only uses the specially developed, computer-optimized Syntace Genius 1.7 spokes. Consisting of particularly tough and high-tensile Swedish steel, this is manufactured by Sapim exclusively for Syntace. The very careful production allows shorter and more stable sections in the most heavily loaded spoke ends, with reduced weight at the same time. For emergency repairs, your wheelset is also compatible with standard straightpull spokes from other manufacturers. The self-locking nipples guarantee high mileage with low service costs.
Syntace Straight RS
The heart of the Syntace Road and Gravel wheelsets are the in-house developed Syntace Straight RS hubs. These combine the finest turning and milling skills, are simple in appearance, but have superior inner values.
A butted oversize axle ensures maximum rigidity with minimum weight. The hub body is equipped with heavy-duty precision deep groove ball bearings, which have a special grease filling for perfect protection against corrosion and outstanding durability. An additional double sealing washer in front of the ball bearing prevents the ingress of spray water. The infinitely adjustable MicroAdjust caps allow the axial hub play to be adjusted quickly and easily.
The new toothed disc freewheel with a 20% improved pressure angle (thanks to a 45 tooth pitch) reduces the idle travel to a minimum when starting and immediately converts every movement into propulsion.
The Shimano Road freewheel body is equipped with robust steel inserts, which effectively prevent cassettes with loose sprocket sets from "seizing up" at high torques.
