Ideal for reducing stress and increasing overall wellbeing, a perfect addition to your restorative bathing ritual. The salt contains valuable natural elements that promote the regeneration and well-being of athletes. It supports muscle relaxation, helps with hydration and contributes to muscle function and nerve transmission. Magnesium relieves muscle tension and promotes relaxation, while bromide has a calming effect and relieves tension in the muscles. Iodine supports the metabolism and has a positive effect on the skin, while iron promotes oxygen transport in the blood. Add 1-2 kg of salt per 100 liters of water to the bathtub, add water at a temperature of 38°C - 40°C and enjoy the brine bath.
