Eagle Transmission is a system for your mountain bike drivetrain that sets new standards in function and reliability.
All components are built around the constant point of every bike - the center of the wheel. All unnecessary parts have been eliminated in order to perform the elementary functions to perfection.
The T-Type system is precisely matched for perfect function and is not compatible with existing, older Eagle drivetrains.
The X0 Eagle Transmission groupset is SRAM's answer to the demand for a robust and reliable drivetrain for your enduro adventures. The X0 Eagle AXS Transmission System takes a holistic approach to shifting your bike. A concept developed as a complete system, which is perfectly synchronized and offers you an excellent feeling when riding. Whether you're relaxing on an after-work ride or battling for the last second on the world's enduro stages.
Rear derailleur
The X0 Eagle Transmission rear derailleur is robust thanks to the direct mount interface without derailleur hanger and features familiar technologies such as the overload clutch and the well-known AXS clutch process.
Cassette
Shifting under load with the X0 cassette is made possible by a combination of X-SYNC technology and optimized cassette mapping of the shifting lanes. Even under maximum load, the X0 Eagle Transmission cassette guarantees seamless shifting.
Crank
The X0 Transmission crankset is the most advanced aluminum crankset SRAM has ever produced. It is absolutely unique, impressive and offers riders the best possible performance. Thanks to the groundbreaking all-aluminum design, with a perfect balance of stiffness and weight, it gets you to your destination faster. It is also one of the lightest aluminum cranksets on the market. For rougher terrain, the chainrings are compatible with a removable bashguard.
Chain
With the optimized X0 Eagle Transmission Flattop chain, the word shifting performance takes on a new meaning. It was specially developed to optimize the Eagle Transmission drivetrains and has a unique, flat top. This shape not only maximizes shifting performance and stability, but also gives your bike a contemporary look. The chemical nickel plating of the plates with subsequent PVD coating in Dark Polar protects against corrosion and reduces wear.
Controller
The AXS Pod Ultimate features a two-button "click and fire" design, transforming every rider command into a much more personalized experience for all your AXS components.
NOTE: A frame with UDH interface is mandatory to mount the rear derailleur! The rear derailleur is NOT compatible with existing Eagle drivetrains!
