Long Energy is a mild, acid-free sports drink that is particularly suitable for long endurance or intensive training sessions. It contains easily digestible, hydrolyzed protein, which promotes regeneration during exercise. The special carbohydrate mixture of short and long-chain carbohydrates ensures a stable blood sugar level and promotes performance. The Vitargo® it contains supports the rapid replenishment of glycogen stores. In addition, the electrolytes sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium compensate for sweat loss.

Recommended intake
- during activity: dissolve 3 scoops (60g) in 750 ml of water or 4 scoops (80g) in 1000 ml of water and shake well
