Each wheel is completely manufactured at Sislent in Barcelona, from the lamination of the rim to the spoking and centering.
The Sislent Rapid LC 50 | 55 use the stiffness of the T1000 carbon material to convert every watt into propulsion. They are ideal for anyone who feels at home on flat, fast trails. With a rim profile of 50 millimetres at the front and 55 millimetres at the rear, they increase aerodynamic efficiency by optimally directing the airflow and ensuring stability at high speeds.
The in-house ONE hubs are equipped with a 45-tooth ratchet system and ensure virtually instantaneous power transmission between pedal stroke and wheel. The result: more efficient propulsion, more explosive acceleration and a noticeably more direct ride feel. The hubs are equipped with high-quality ceramic bearings for particularly smooth rolling behavior. These guarantee maximum smoothness, higher speed and noticeably more efficiency with every pedal stroke.
All Rapid LC models are made from high-modulus T1000 carbon, one of the most advanced carbon fibers on the market, which offers an outstanding stiffness-to-weight ratio. The butterfly finish is a characteristic design feature of the Rapid-LC series: a striking, elegant carbon look with clean lines and a strong visual identity.
Aero Flow Dynamics technology
This technology reduces air resistance by up to 6 % and enables higher speeds with less effort. High-quality T1000 carbon is used, which combines lightness with exceptional strength. An optimized carbon layer structure minimizes turbulence and improves airflow. The wide rim profile and smooth surface also reduce drag. Tests show that AeroFlow Dynamics saves up to 30 seconds over 40 km.
VONOA Aero Carbon spokes
The VONOA carbon spokes take the Rapid LC wheels to a new level of performance. Weighing just 2.8 grams per spoke, they reduce the rotating mass exactly where it matters. The flat aero profiles of the spokes also reduce the air resistance of the wheels.
Hookless design
The hookless rim profiles have a larger inner width and enable a lower weight. The rounder tire profile significantly improves grip, riding stability and lateral support when cornering. Sislent uses an advanced carbon fiber process that offers maximum stability and durability.
