In the city, visibility is a top priority, on the one hand to see well yourself, but on the other hand, being seen is perhaps even more important or of greater significance. Especially with children, who are much smaller and therefore have more problems getting a good overview. The lamp certainly doesn't help them to see over cars better, but it does help them to be seen better. Whether your child is out and about on a bike, scooter or balance bike, lights are a must!
On a scooter, for example, it is difficult to mount a rear light, which is why the Hiro Micro has an integrated clip so that the rear light can also be attached to bags, rucksacks or jackets, in addition of course to the function of mounting it on a seat post.
At 30 lux, the illuminated area is pleasantly bright and the amount of light is definitely sufficient for city traffic. With a light range of 40 m, your child will be well equipped on the way to school. You will need to recharge the lamp after around 3 hours, and in Eco mode with 15 lux the lamp lasts up to 6 hours.
Once your child has made the journey to school, the light can simply be removed from the handlebars and stowed quickly and safely in a bag.
