The GravelKing X1 R is the product of a collaboration between Polymer Workshop and Panaracer, with the Japanese cult tire manufacturer creating an exclusive special edition of its popular gravel tire for Polymer Workshop. The Gravel King X1 R is the result of over two years of meticulous development work and the first innovation in tread design in Panaracer's gravel bike portfolio for over four years. The fine, dense lugs of the center tread ensure exceptionally low rolling resistance, which is lower than that of the Gravel King SK and even lower than that of the Gravel King Semi Slick. The tire proves this in laboratory tests as well as in measurements under real conditions. The side lugs are higher and more aggressive than the tread pattern. With its unique shape, the tire offers control on a wide variety of surfaces and the best grip both straight ahead and in sharp bends. The X1 R is a tire that not only shines with outstanding rolling resistance values, but also provides control and confidence in demanding terrain.

ZSG GRAVEL Compound
Rubber compound with gravel-specific material formulation made from proprietary ZSG (Zero Slip Grip) material. ZSG ensures remarkable resistance to temperature and weather conditions and offers low rolling resistance and consistent grip over a wide range of temperatures from near freezing to scorching heat.
TuffTex R
The latest development: a particularly fine, supple carcass with the best rolling behavior and the lowest rolling resistance of the entire Panaracer gravel range.
BeadLock
The newly designed bead fits more different, even hookless rims and can be mounted in most cases with a normal floor pump.
