PIRELLI tires P Zero Race TT 28" | 700 x 28C black/red
The P Zero Race TT is the fastest and lightest tire in the Pirelli range. Developed in cooperation with professional athletes, it helps you to find the last few seconds when fighting the clock. Compared to the P Zero Race, the Race TT has 20% less rolling resistance. The most advanced SmartEVO compound derived from the most prestigious motorsport categories is used as the rubber compound. In favor of maximum flexibility and speed, the P Zero TT does without a puncture protection layer. The tire produced in Italy offers the best performance in combination with the P Zero Race SmarTUBE TPU tube .
NOTE: The tire is not tubeless compatible and not suitable for hookless rims.
SmartEVO rubber compound
The new SmartEVO compound uses a blend of 3 different polymers, each of which contributes a specific property to the tire's handling characteristics. In this way, a balance of properties that are actually opposites can be achieved. The new SmartEVO compound has perfect grip in both dry and wet conditions paired with extremely low rolling resistance.
Lite Road carcass
Specially developed for time trial use, the Lite Road is Pirelli's most powerful carcass. Thanks to its low weight and the supple 120 TPI fabric construction, it ensures extremely low rolling resistance. In order to get the last few seconds in the fight against the clock, sidewall protection was also omitted.
