MAXXIS Highroller II 29 x 2.30 3C MaxxTerra TR EXO tires
The bike park can come...
With the further developed version of the classic, Maxxis has succeeded in further improving the successful model. Thanks to the more aggressive profile, which has been made more open to optimize self-cleaning and traction when braking. With its large-volume carcass, it is the first choice for freeride and downhill so that it always offers sufficient grip in a wide range of track conditions! Newly positioned shoulder lugs bite better into corners with many edges. The lugs, which are beveled in the middle of the tread, are again cut crosswise to improve traction and braking behavior.
Tubeless Ready (TR)
Tubeless tires have many advantages: You can ride with less air pressure. This gives you better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And where there is no inner tube, the risk of punctures is also reduced. MAXXIS TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealing milk than other "tubeless ready" tires. The bead of our TR tires is completely covered with a layer of rubber, just like a real UST tubeless tire. This means that tubeless mounting is successful on all rims with standard dimensions right from the first inflation and with little liquid. Like tires from other manufacturers, "normal" MAXXIS MTB tires can also be mounted tubeless with sealant, as the carcass fabric is very tight. However, only the new MAXXIS TR models are officially approved for tubeless mounting and guaranteed by MAXXIS. Tubeless mounting of other models is at your own risk.
Note: We strongly advise against the use of sealant containing ammonia. Ammonia has been proven to attack the carcass and can weaken it by up to 30% after just a few months, depending on the amount used.
EXO Protection
This extremely cut- and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is very densely woven, lightweight and very flexible. As a result, the performance of the tires remains convincingly good.
3C MaxxTerra
The right 3C compound for our Enduro and Freeride tires. This compound is characterized by smooth uphill performance and excellent downhill grip as well as a long service life.
