Intend Bike Components is known for its high-end suspension forks and shocks. With the Grace DD, the Freiburg-based company now offers a very short stem. This is Intend's answer to an increasing number of customer requests for a very short stem to increase steering precision. In order to achieve a stem length of 25 mm, the handlebars had to be positioned above the steerer tube and the Ahead cap had to be integrated into the stem. This gives your bike a very direct steering feel. It goes without saying that the Grace DD is an equally elegant and at the same time very stable masterpiece of the art of milling for your cockpit. The one-piece construction of the stem increases the stiffness in the clamping area and at the same time minimizes the surface pressure on the handlebars. In addition, the rounded edges in the clamping area ensure that tension on the handlebar clamp is avoided. This makes the Grace DD very suitable for mounting carbon handlebars. The successful EFBE E-Gravity test proved that this stem, with an unprecedented weight of 90g, meets the high demands of modern enduro, freeride and downhill riding.

Note: The steerer tube of the suspension fork must be shortened accordingly. Due to the 1-piece design, only handlebars with a maximum rise of 20 mm can be fitted. Please note that handlebars with a larger outer diameter, such as the Renthal Fatbar and the Hope Handlebar, should not be fitted, even with a rise of less than 20 mm. The handlebars shown are for illustrative purposes only and are not included in the scope of delivery.
