HOPE Ahead headset

CNC-milled, high-quality Ahead headset with sealed industrial bearings for 1 1/8" steerer tubes! Additional rubber seals on the bearings, cone and cover cap ensure a long service life.
The crush ring and fork cone are slotted for easy installation. The headset also comes with the HOPE Head Doctor, Ahead cap and expander set for gentle clamping in the steerer tube. The HOPE Conventional Ahead headset is strong enough for downhill bikes and light enough for XC or road bikes.

Note: The HOPE Head Doctor is not suitable for carbon or steel steerer tubes.
